    My own rule of thumb is half of the inj oversize. So....15% on the PW and nock timing down the same in the WOT and mid range area if you want to keep stock.

    Considerably smaller than power tongs, Just a big ass stud bolt. the head is 3,5" but the actual body is over 4" round

    We use them at work all the time, The big studs ( 3.5" x 12" ) are torqued to 22000 ft/lb. with moly lube. Due to the size of the wrench, it only uses 7100 of hydraulic pressure. the Enerpac tq. wrench weight is 37 pounds:D And the studs hold upwards of 1.5 million pounds of weight below them...

    Here is a few pics, We kept the front stock and also left the rear posts untouched so you can still attach a tail gate. Ran some thin wall tubing and the odd support to the frame. Have you considered a fiberglass bed?

    I've had and seen a few leaks on HP. Fuel lines , even on my lly daily driver I blew the relief valve out and the plug stuck right into the fire wall fiberglass stuff :D. Sorry to see this, and the obvious is, glad your ok.
