    If anyone else has this issue clean your passenger side fuel rail. Even running 2 micron filters there was a fair bit of crap in there. I do have almost 200k so hopefully I'm good for another 190k.

    I finally looked at mine. Looks like its leaking from where an injector line connects to the rail on the driver side.

    Fuel Leak?

    Fuels covered my trans oil pan and crossmembers to give an idea of how much it leaks, and leaves probably a basket ball sized puddle overnight. Sounds like we have the same thing going on. I'll look around on mine tonight and see what I can come up with.

    Does an injection pump slowly wear out? Or is it one of those "it either works or it doesn't"? I have checked for leaks in the fuel lines, to which I couldn't find any. I am leaning more toward the FPRV or Injection Pump. The truck also has a slight knock and has trouble starting when hot...

    We had the same thing hapen last year. Pump on the airdog was running but not moving fuel. If I hit the schrader valve next to the alternator while the airdog is running, it sprays fuel over the core support.

    This is my brothers truck, but it has all the same equipment on it as my signature. It has 114K miles on it. We have checked the airdog and it is definatly moving fuel.

    Forgot to mention, the check engine light usually turns on in third gear. It isn't 2k rpm limp either as I can still get the rpm's over 2k, the truck just doesn't seam to react.

    I have. You can get the kit from herculiner with the fancy rollers. Worked pretty good. But when I tried the texture gun, I never looked back.
