    LMM: LED Headlights

    This is something that I am curious about. Do all these LED mfg put the light source in the same spot as the halogen bulb so that it reflects correctly? If no one does then I'll skip the LED on factory housings. Just not worth it.

    Nevermind. I got it running! bad signal into the starter solenoid. Going to replace starter. Got the wire to make contact and it started.

    Just tested that on key turn I have power into the 40-amp mini-j and that fuse looks good and test positive for continuity. Going to go crawl under right now and see what I have at the starter.

    I didn't adjust the pressure because it supposedly was set right from the get go. I do not have a gauge. Guess I need to add a gauge?

    I'll double check that the pickup seal is good and I'll also call airdog. How hot to the touch does your motor get? Mine was warm enough that it wasn't comfortable to touch. I could keep my hand there but it wasn't nice. It was a nice 80 degree day today.

    I swapped in a set of 905-509 t-bar bushings and no change. The old ones were in great shape with 153k miles and most of that time with leveling keys installed. Now I have a TPMS sensor going out. I'll probably get that going and just go on my road trip with the clunk.

    Can I swap the bushing without unloading the torsion bars? Think I might do that and see if it fixes the problem.

    Have you replaced the LCA bushings yet? What you recommend for replacement bushings? I'll check the t bar bushings as well.
