2024 Duramax issues?

I have tried three different times to remote start the truck and it won't work. Here's the kicker it won't start when its under 60 degrees. I've gone through the display screens looking for any setting to change and none. Was out in the desert camping and it wouldn't remote start. Was in Mammoth Lakes last weekend and it was 25 degrees twice and no start, remotely. If you do the push button start its fine. The blinker & running lights flash once and you hear a clunk and nothing. I've been looking at youtube videos, googling it and cannot find anything for a 2024. Anybody got some suggestions.

Strange one for sure no issues at all with my 24 in the first 13,000kms. What's the Dealership saying about the issue?

The truck has 14,000 miles on it by the way. I have an appointment next Friday for it. This appointment is for a software upgrade. I've got a few other things it's going in for also.

Picked up a AT4X AEV last month. First new GM I likes at first sight. Fits 37x13.50R18 on the AEV wheels lock to lock. Did turn the bars up 1.5 turns to level it out abit. Sidewalls do kiss the frame at full lock.

-39C last week. Truck ran strait for ~70hrs. Nice the truck will run with or without the key for more then 30min like the 20-23.

With no elevated idle on, the truck will maintain 160*F ECT and 144*F trans temp after 13hrs of idle. Grill shudders and egr must work well…

Remote start has always worked in these sub temps

First big trip went great. Averaged 17 ging down and 10 coming back at 75 mph. Truck is super strong and the ride is great. I had little fatigue after 12 hours in the driver's seat.

Have they put more cushion on the seats compared to a 21'? I can handle about 3 hours in mine before I have to get out. Until I added a piece of foam topper for long trips.

I’m not sure, my 16 would make my back hurt in 2 or 3 hours. This one is much better, I think the lumbar is more suited for my needs. I drove 1700 miles round trip in 36 hours and didn’t get uncomfortable until the last couple hours.

My 04' had so much more cushion even old a worn out. They both have lumbar but the 04' had bolster that would keep you in the seat. 21' keeps you in the seat just to be there. I just use the topper for long trips but the wife leaves it all the time. I might just have to make them into a seat cover

When I’m not towing I drive my ‘01 Tahoe. A lot of times we think that our old things were better, but I can testify that the seats in that Tahoe are still fantastic after 335,000 miles and feel the same as my ‘02 and ‘04 when I bought them new. The only thing about that Tahoe and my old trucks that drives me crazy is that the steering wheel isn’t centered in front of the seat.
