Something is wrong with your tune if you can't get the RPMs up higher than 1900.

Im guessing something in the tune needs adjusted for to make it work better for your truck. It seems some HP is missing to only be running less than 100mph. Logs would help to see whats going on causing the drop. Maybe try running the tune that u ran befor the built trans to see how it compares now.

X2 you should be able to break 100MPH even if your did a non-boosted launch, also what do you have to the trans or is it stock

I have springs clamps on.

The trans is a fully built SC4 and 1057 by Mike L, but just doesnt feel "right". Shifts are sloppy and stays up at high RPM til 5th gear or so.

5k miles on the tranny.

Ill go do passes today and log.

You will get it. Only two things needed, get your 60' down and check your tuning. Somethings not right, is your rail pressure holding on top end?... looks like its off the launch tho. your 1/8 times need to be 8.2's or so. Tire pressure?

What does your truck weigh? Does the leaving at 1900 have anything to do with TQ management?

Im right over 7k when i race. TQ management is done with tuning not with rpm's i believe. Is you TC locking up? Shpuld be leavin a lil harded than 1900rpm's. I could only leave around 1900 untill i did the CIU centerlink and Caltracs.......i went from 1.89 60' to 1.76

I just dont get it - I was cutting 1.73 60's on stock trans and the smaller tune, no spring clamps.

Im wondering if the drag radials are slowing me down?

305/45/18 Nittos at 35 psi. When I run on stock 245s I just spin all 4.

Not sure of weight, its a crew cab LMM no weight reduction besides no spare.

Bilsteins and front end cranked down, 3" lowering shackles in the rear. Tie rod sleeves, cognito braces.

Jasons lmm cclb can has 12s with same mods and supposedly same tune, plenty of LBZ and more and more LMMs are hitting it now suposedly running mcrat race and lift pump.

I dont think the drag radials would hurt. Suspension is a big part of it but power is the key. I would really look at your tuning and rail pressure. If your holding rail pressure then get a bigger tune. 21,500-22,000 on rails are ok on a LB7 and our desired is 23,300 or so at WOT. any boost leaks?

Hows this for a PID selection?

  • Accelerator Pedal Position
  • Air flow rate from MAF
  • Baro
  • Desired fuel rail pressure
  • Desired turbo vane position
  • ECT
  • RPM
  • Actual fuel rail pressure
  • IAT
  • Intake manifold absolute pressure
  • Main injection timing
  • Turbo vane position
  • VSS
Anything else I should have?
