It's funny, out here, not one person would want a heated garage. Now if you had a/c, you would have a lot of friends lol

In my House
Ground breaking this year on a two story gambrel. 40x60 my house will be on the second story and renting out my first house. It will be dug into the bank as far as i can go. 2nd story will be a walk out. As for now my attached garage is 28x36 with a lift and 13' ceiling. Only going to do a single garage door and walk out with heated floors attache to my outdoor wood burner. I have the concrete and plywood being traded for a 2002 gmc dually with 203k on it. figured it will be a sweet deal.:thumb:

Heres were I play. 30x40 mueller. Have about $12,000 in it with everything. The barn was a kit and it was on sale, got a good deal on the concrete, put it up and wired with the help of my dad. Never want to do it again but I got something bigger than I was planning on by doing that way and now I wish it was bigger. The door is 14'x10, and eventually want to put a 10'x10' on the back to allow some air flow.

Still needs a lift. But I like it.
