Don't forget the sheep!
How could I :roflmao:
I remember talking with Mike L. while checking out Ben's tap shifter (and the dash being half torn apart).
Todd, yes it was a great time for me too.
Rick I don't know if you remember me, but I helped with the hitch on Landon's pull truck. We modified the hitch (I think it was the night before the pull), and I said we should weld it to the crossmember in the rear (to act as drawbar) and you welded it in (I have ZERO welding skills). I watched you machine a few parts too and was quite impressed (my father was a machinist), but I doubt you even knew who I was LOL.
I met a bunch of great people that trip, some I didn't even know (that they were board members) until I got home and read the tales and put 2 + 2 together (Todd and TrailerProPop were two of them). We went out to dinner after TrailerProPop won his class and I did not realize it was him until he wrote something about the dinner a few days later.
Ended up going to lunch with TheBac, BudTX, and Merchant's crew the day my tranny was being done.
Funny thing was Ben and Tony don't live that far from me (considering the distance to Merchant's), but that was the first time I met them. The only local "high profile" board member I have yet to meet is MACKIN.
