I'm oversimplifying it, but yeah...that's the gist of it.

Looks like she'll be in the hospital until Monday, at least. Docs were amazed she tolerated the pain as long as she has.

That's interesting. Don't see why the thinset would affect anything for warranty. We've been hearing/seeing some quality issues with Mapei grout colors. For one, their chip kit and chart don't match each other worth a damn and the grout colors are somewhere between the two. 95% of the people never notice the difference, it's that 5% that really make it known lol. Customs and Tec are by far much more consistent and match where they are suppose to

That's the one tec product I use is there grouts. They are so much better to work with than the mapei grouts. All schluter products call for a unmodified thinset to stick to them. Apparently tecs unmodified was having issues bonding to the schluter products.

Got good bit done on my suburban, cleaned up, interior lights working, t stat changed to 187° from 160°, rear HVAC Working, still doesn't blow hot air like my LMM or lb7 did.. not sure why yet...
Got the build sheet printed,
hood latch release ordered,
someone swapped in a new ignition cylinder, and lost the remote entry key fob, so two sets of door and ign keys, new wipers, possibly get new matching cylinder, haven't dug that far yet..
need to get both engine mounts replaced,
transmission mount was replaced when trans was out, main belt tensioner replaced,
Still to do
AC tensioner and belt,
Wheels and tires most likely 285/70/17 on black 8 hole steels 17*8
Shocks,
Hydro booster
Radio only two speakers work, plus head unit is loose in the dash.. OEM subwoofer is MIA
Dash needs replaced
Fuel gauge doesn't work.. though it did trip a high circuit code that I forgot to copy down.
Various vent diffusers need replaced for rear HVAC.
Front HVAC panel is loose in dash
Power mirrors don't work, PS swivels on its own, heated part probably doesn't work either..
Slowly making head way

Be a nice road trip vehicle too.. though mog might suck a little
Dream? LBZ/4l85 maybe solid axle swap..

Filled the tank up.. through P0463 fuel level sensor A circuit high input, I clear it gauge goes to 1/4 full.... Not quite sure what's up with that yet

I'm building a 10k galvanized skid loader tilt trailer, with a 16 foot tilt deck and a 4 foot fixed forward deck. With a rumber floor which I'm learning is a heavy ass rubberized decking material. Should be Interesting.

Reworked this PTO shaft for a Cyclone spreader (from the 50's) I am redoing for a Farmall Cub. Used some electrical wrap and some small heat shrink tubing from McMaster Carr.

So haven't done the speedo recall for bigger tires on my suburban..
Stock is 245/75/16(30.4")
New is 315/70/17(34.3)
New tires are 12% bigger..

Odometer says trip was 340miles.. divided by .88 is 396
Gallons used was 29.. putting mpg around 14mpg..

I do that right?
6.0/4l85 2500 suburban

Is that 12% based on circumference, or diameter?

And is it more correct to divide by .88 (386 mi), or multiply by 1.12 (380mi)?

Not sure on math but mileage sounds about right.

you need a better calculator then lol. it should be 386 based on his equation above. i think adam punched 9 instead of 8

The most complicated math ive done since highschool is miles divided by gallons.. And I calibrate my speedos so I don't have to do that fancy math like he did
