Yeah these shower floors are all dropped 4" inches so I can continue the bathroom floor straight into the shower with zero transition

I just finish setting all the plumbing finish for one of these last week. The whole floor, of the entire bathroom, a 12' x 12' area was hot mopped for the water proofing. A lot of my jobs, like this, are for older retired folks who are thinking about future wheel chair access. They want that mobility in the shower but with the custom shower look.

Thanks! I'm honestly surprised this didn't have more shower heads.

Never heard of hot mopped haha. I use all schluter products. Those linear drains are all schluter products too that i install
Josh,
Tile work in that thing looks amazing.
That looks like one of those doorless walk around the corner showers?
Yeah it is, i did another walk in shower in the basement of that house with the same walk around wall.

Slung this 5/16" rod out of the milling machine at 1,000 RPM into some paint cans. Glad it wasn't into me!

Ouch! Good thing you weren't in the way.

That's going to be a pretty crappy clean up job

Close up of blending and picture of machine that does most of the work.

20,000rpm 5 axis milling spindle. 2 6000rpm main turning spindles, 1100rpm c axis on both. Lower turning turret with 6500rpm driven tools. Yes, she's a complicated gal :D
