Got a hate email from Yamaha motor corporation today. Apparently, I upset someone bc I quoted a customer a pair of F250's cheaper than my competion. They threatened legal action, funny thing is I'm not a dealer so I dont have a contract with them. :rofl: Have people in this country lost their minds? This is America, business is business, grow up....
Evidently I went to use the shitter at the wrong time...the operator ratted on me and I got laid off. Seriously.

The crane operator drinks with the boss every night. He ratted me out by telling him that I went to the shitter at 915 and then the shack, then came back out til 10. Then went to break at 10. All if which is very true. Dropped a stink pickle, went to the shack for a bottle of water, because that's where its stored, and came back out to work until 10.
He's a stinky filthy low life ****ing rat. When I see him again, I'm going to dot his eye.
He didn't like me because I told him he was a shitty operator that couldn't take a signal to save his life. That was like four weeks ago when I told him that and he's been talking sgit behind my back since.

I've been close to telling a few operators to pound sand, but at the end of the day, they are up there in the cab and not you.

Yes, I'm Union, Brian. We are in a right to work state and the employer has ultimate discretion on hiring and firing or laying off. Its what happens when hands become bag lickers. It is what it is and there is work all over... I'm about done with Local 21.

And, BTW...they are in the cab and I'm on the iron. Their job is to put the iron where I ask then to put it, not where they think it ought to go, or how they think it needs to get there.

Union crane operators piss me off to no avail. Every one I've ever worked with said they were gods gifts to cranes and could never prove it. I've broken my fair share of hard hats throwing em at shitty operators who didn't listen to signals. I feel your pain men. When your the eyes in places they can't see its nice to have one actually listen to ya. We are right to work state and no crane union thank god as it would be a nightmare
