I'd be driving that beast back to AZ and giving the trailer a break, but congrats on getting it finished up!

Discovered my output shaft seal from the t-case to driveshaft is leaking pretty good, I assume pull driveline, remove seal and install new one? Any tricks of installing?

Replace tail shaft bushing & possibly slip yoke. They get worn over time. Sometimes a guy will get away with just a seal & others its the bushing in tcase output. Have you drained the oil in the tcase recently? If its silver & flaky you know the deal! Good luck I hope it's only the seal. Retail for around $50.00

Brian, I bet $ he is right about this. I've replace my output seal 3 times still drips. I was also told by Chevyburnout1 (who worked on my truck in person) that its likely the slip yoke.

Mine leaked for a while and when I trashed my driveshaft I put a new shaft and yoke in it quit leaking for another yr. So I just started running syn. 90w. When it started leaking again

Huge thanks to James for his help today, installed the new gearbox, centerlink, sleeves, pitman and idler arms in a few hours, took it out for a spin and she launches straight as an arrow. Needs an alignment :D

Ran to the auto parts store and bought a new tailshaft seal although mike already sent me one. Removed the old seal, installed the new one and only got a few drips so far, I only have about 20 miles it, but for now, it's not dripping. Ill make sure to watch it though :thumb:

Goes in Tuesday for an alignment, then turn the wick up for Friday night. :woott:
