Adam left this morning heading back home giting the truck broke in with 8000# loaded k25
and 2500 miles i believe lol
the truck defenetly runs nice! cant weight to see the 1/4 mile numbers when he gits some tunes going

So what about the 2 pistons that were not installed correctly? Adam says they were, but some of you do not agree.

My question is, with the pistons being turned around will the fuel then be squirting on the outer edges of the piston instead of the bowl and if so, will that cause a piston to crack?

only time will tell I dont think any one can say for sure

The bowl is still in the center of the piston. Only the rod offset will be different. Like Guy said its a old hot rodder trick. I don't think he will have any problems but it will be harder on the piston skirts in them cylinders. Just glad he got it running. Its hard to just let them site and not run. Jeff
