I switch PW every month. What works for me don't work for my wife. I like ESP, drank 5 mins before workout and no crash after. Trying Precaged now and it's ok. My is using mesomorph. I actually bought the one my wife is using as I didn't work for me and vise versa. I'm in the gym by 6am so need a boost.

I've started taking creatine and bcaas now. Def added some size (water) I'm now flirting with 190 and reasonably jacked. Still got 4 abs showing.

I've also been eating a lot of pizza and ice cream, everyday:D

I take rsp dyno preworkout and mix in rsp creade as well. It's there creatine. Then during workout I drink bcaas. And have a cup of bcaas mid day. Definitely helps my muscles not feel the pain and fatigue as bad the next day or two later. I think I may just try going back to working out in the afternoon or evening as work allows. It take me far to long to get moving and awake first thing in the morning

Just left the gym, flat bench only as I had to wait for a spotter on the last 3 sets since I havnt been past 225 in a while.

That 305 was heavy! 295 didn't feel bad, but it probably took me 3 sec to push 305 from my chest to full lock out lol.

That 305 was heavy! 295 didn't feel bad, but it probably took me 3 sec to push 305 from my chest to full lock out lol.

Thanks Albert. I really wanted to do some incline and decline, but I felt the need to try and move 300+ since I can't remember the last time I did it. Plus this gym has a 300+ club lol.

You suck....

I'm on a 12 week cut and eating nothing but lean meats and veggies... I walk around pissed off and hungry all day now haha

I'd guess I'm around 2500-3000 cal a day. Float between 180-185...sadly 185 is heaviest I've ever been in 28 yrs. Used to weigh in at 135...then I discovered beer and it's been down hill ever since

My office job is killing my daily activity.

Im cutting on 1600-1800 kcals a day right now

It's harder than I thought to eat that much... Pretty much eat all day long:rofl: The wife is doing a contest prep so I told her to work up my macros as well. I'll either be a jacked sob or a fat jacked sob:thumb:

I'd be willing to bet that my bench, dead, and squat combined are less than your dead alone.

Oooo quick question/ advice. So I'm debating either getting a membership to the wifes gym or looking for used equipment on Craigslist or facebook.

Would I be money ahead to just join the gym or should I look for a used squat rack and some more weights

I have no motivation working out at the house and I've had a sold all my equipment. The gym should have everything you need without sacrificing space at home.
