Went to the chiropractor today, took x-rays and he felt my spine top to bottom. Got 4 spots he can feel need adjusted. Go back tomorrow to see what he found on x-rays and then schedule the fixing. Fingers crossed he can adjust me with my 4 herniated discs and get me to feeling a little better. I'd sure enjoy to feel what it's like to not hurt all the damn time. Got to lookin and apparently I did candito strength instead of linear so my joints were pissed, may try linear in a few months but use a 90% for my max similar to 5/3/1 so I don't murder myself

And this is a pr for reps but I had a spot and sunk 3 deep ones at 375 pounds. Maybe I will hit 4 plates sooner than I thought.:happy2:

Hey guys fairly new to the forum here. Been creeping around for a couple years but never really posted anything. Figured I start off in here because I've been weight training for about 9 years now. I'm 29 6' and bounce between 245 and 250 stay around 10 to 13% bf. Would like to get up in the 260 range but work tends to get in the way and I end up missing a Meal or two throughout the day.

Start choosing more calorie-dense foods for snack throughout the day

Got back adjusted yesterday...1st time in 5 plus year. Slept all night 1st time in almost 2 months...got appoints 3 times a week for the next 4 months to try and diet stuff adjusted and moving again. X-rays showed some pretty crappy stuff with my neck. But since he did 3 adjustments yesterday I decided squats today and I felt so much better. Top set was 195x11. Not crazy compared to you behemoths but we are working that way. I do recall 4 or 5 months ago only being able to eek out a 175 for a few

Finally got the loading bar I've been working on done for the gym. Owner said he would pay for it and I told him I wouldn't charge labor if he paid for materials. Ended up with more time in it than I thought but it has nylon wear pads and everything just in case we ever get good bars we don't wanna tear up going metal to metal. This pic it's unfinished it's been blasted and painted white now. Gotta get a new pic. He ended up freezing my account for 4 months as a way to pay me labor. Worked out well plus I get to use it now!

Funny my weight belt fits the same hole, pants are the same minus legs, shirts are tighter.. honestly think it's just muscle as I'm still pretty lean

Having some issues with hip flexors...more so the right one. Just an empty barbell in the bottom of a squat makes me cringe. Over it for sure

Do you stretch and have you varied your squat stance? Probably have a tight flexor from squatting (which is normal) and are getting an impingement usually from a wide stance or knee valgus.

Down to 147 but still moving 350 on deads and 250 on squats. Going to try to gain a few pounds again and do another round of Candito. Gotta creep closer to that 405 by the end of the year.

Stretch, strech and then stretch some more. Yoga really helped loosen me up. It hurts like hell at first but after a few weeks you'll be surprised at how flexible you've become.

I stretch and roll 2 times a day. I did open the stance a smidge to fix the knee cave. I did go to the chiropractor and he helped release it...boy did that feel like shit at the time bit so much better now.
