I stretch and roll 2 times a day. I did open the stance a smidge to fix the knee cave. I did go to the chiropractor and he helped release it...boy did that feel like shit at the time bit so much better now.

I would actually narrow your stance. Your knees caving means you need to get stronger and really fire your knees out at the bottom. Your stretching isn't working if your doing it twice a day with no benefit. Look up movement prep. After you see a sheared vertebral artery from an "adjustment" I'll never go to a chiropractor.
