I stretch and roll 2 times a day. I did open the stance a smidge to fix the knee cave. I did go to the chiropractor and he helped release it...boy did that feel like shit at the time bit so much better now.

I would actually narrow your stance. Your knees caving means you need to get stronger and really fire your knees out at the bottom. Your stretching isn't working if your doing it twice a day with no benefit. Look up movement prep. After you see a sheared vertebral artery from an "adjustment" I'll never go to a chiropractor.

I guess by opened up I pointed my toes out more by maybe .5-1" a side and have been focusing alot on driving my knees out. I'm not overly concerned...I feel better low back and neck wise and with how screwed up my back is I'm trying to extend its lifespan because at some point it will need surgery but I sure like to make that push out ad far as possible

7 of the complex: 2 Front Squat, 1 Jerk. 4 of 75% or higher jerk max. Worked up to 185.

B.
5 of the complex: 2 strict press, 3 push press. Worked up to 145.

C.
3x8 yates row
3x60 yard sled drag, 4 plates
100 reps of each: band pull aparts, banded face pulls
30 yards each, forwards and reverse banded monster walk

Bulgarian Split Squats. 5x5 both sides, sets start every 1 minute, so 10 minutes of work. Worked at 135 and it was all I had in 9 and 10.

B.
Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes: 250m run, 1 max set toes to bar. The Jello leg status was real with this one after the split squats.
No rest to next every 3 minutes for 9 minutes: 15sec L sit and 15 burpee box jump overs.

Fighting the flu off.. out of pre workout.. gym sucked today.. still managed to grind through a few sets of bench and abs before heading to the lawyer..

Did some higher reps on flat and inclined bench than usual. Tore up triceps, I swear I'm losing weight but the scale doesn't think so. Was 248.8 still today.

Went jogging tonight for the second time in a week. Off and on jogging for 30 mins. Kept the heart rate well over 100 the whole time. Hoping to push it harder here soon.

I gotta get the video, I don't k ow what happened but it was just one of those days where everything just felt good and the weights felt light. I did way less reps pyramiding up is why I think I did so well.

:D was shooting to hit my pr of 505 twice. And ended up pulling it 4 times. Gotta be the lower reps building up, the 4th rep I felt myself starting to break over. Buddy took a video but he has an iPhone and didn't know the best way to send it. It's a side shot video unlike last time the first pull looked good, but his phone wouldn't come out of slow motion so we didn't watch it all. Lol or maybe I just pulled it that slow. Weighed 244.5 right after pulling it.

Did a BMI test today. BW was 145.2 and my fat is 7.1% That had me pretty excited. I could use a few more pounds but its hard to keep on this time of year.
