New squat PR @ 205 yesterday. Worked up to it pretty quick. Had 185 on and said fuggit, throw another 20 on. Did 3 reps, screaming on the last one. Lol. Then I did box squats 135x10x2. I can hardly get up from a chair today.

Don't mess with that crap. Liver toxic. Just run injectable testosterone. Way safer and better results. Jmo

I'm still alive, switching jobs and gyms sucks but I'm still hitting it. Down to 228 pounds today look better but numbers have fell a bit in the gym, which I have a power lifters mentality I guess so I'm trying to take the good with the bad lol. Did chest today, nothing crazy but I switched up my routine and I hit inclined bench pretty heavy first, with eating less I can do 245 for almost a full set of 5x5. Then it kind of tunes into a drop set. If i can muster enough energy I do weighted dips, lately been doing them empty. Then I hit flat bench, I actually am digging the routine this way. Kind of helps you get on machines that people aren't using yet, then when your done everyone is done with flat bench. I should probably be doing a higher rep routine with eating less but it messes with my mind lol I just feel weak. If i do lower reps I can keep decent numbers on the bar lol. :thumb:

Sometimes a little change is all you need Jesse.

I just got home from a couple weeks in Idaho and Wyoming. Training at altitude is a B*tch:rofl: talk about feeling weak...

Any way managed a 315x2 bench and 275x11sx4r. Started Deadlifting again too:thumb: I haven't pulled anything off the floor in 3 months. 315x4sx5r and 405x1 Back felt fatigued the next day but no pain:thumb: Going to go easy and stick in the 300-400 range on deads with medium reps.

I bet you feel wonderful this morning. I have a new goals. I want 1.5 x bodyweight (170) on my bench and squat. Need to start doing deads but with nobody to teach me I haven't done any so as not to trash the back. So far my bench and squat are at 205 so only 50lbs to go. Deads if I could pull 150 I'd be extremely impressed with myself

Hit a 275 front squat which is PR for me. 225x8, 225x5, 225x5. Followed push ups, dumbell clean and press, back pedal sled drags.

Regular front rack position. Unless you are totally giant you should be able to get in front rack. Not so much about your wrists bending as much as your shoulder flexibility.

I can't grip the bar during front squat.. My hands don't bend well backward.

I just cross my arms and set the bar on my shoukders basically
This is how I do it but damn it hurts my left shoulder...bar sits directly over an incision mark from surgery and f me does that feel lovely

So when you say regular is that the oly style where you hold it in your fingers, hands flexed backwards, elbows kinda pointed ahead? Do you hold the bar or does it just barely rest on your shoulders?
