Got stuck with 275... And no spot lol. I hate how people start staring like oooo he thought he was strong. Was fourth set and it got heavy. Rolled it off me controlled and what not didnt drop the weights I just failed lol back off haha


Sent in limp mode.

The joys of commercial gym lifting... the quasi rack they have has permanent safety bars, that are too high. Can't even hit parallel. :mad:

Did a lovely 385x3 yesterday with a nice long walkout :rofl:

Yeah if I get too tight unracking a heavy squat I have to take a minute so I dont get dizzy. Lay off any caffeine too before working out if you are dizzy.

I also have low blood pressure always have... Bumping the sodium is something I might try. I am so used to working out side when it's cold I wonder if my body needs to adapt to not having unlimited supply of fresh cold air? I have to be really careful not to talk to anyone right after a strenuous lift or exercise.

Did a 385x5 squat finally, was entirely a struggle to finish em but kicked the cold and pushed through.

I think if you spread the weight out and did less at near max levels you should be able to hit a 1rm of 405 easy.

This program is designed to peak you at a certain time... I'm on my 3 cycle of it. I want to give it at least 6 months without modifying it to give it an honest evaluation. Hopefully I will crush my squats in Feb. I want at least 405 but I'm hoping for much more...

You maybe right, after Feb. I might look at some mods if it doesn't get me what I want.

Supposed to have a rest week, but who does that panzy crap.

Redid last weeks deadlift workout yesterday, going well so far. :D

That being said.. FFFFFuuuuuuuuu hex plates.
