Did 375x5 squats fairly easy yesterday, getting back into it finally. Been foam rolling and stretching every night which seems to be alleviating some knee pain I was having.
Some kid was doing 585 squat but with bands, so, idk exactly how much he was actually doing but made me wanna go back to the rack and lift heavier :rofl: dat jealousy.
