Good to hear man, and good on ya Brock, to keep at it, figure out what's causing some.of the issues that are holding ya up/causing tender/tightness and make progress! Man, core strength is so crucial for the back and everything we do, if ya think about it, it's the support for our entire body, keeping the upper, lower and front to back tied together and working in harmony
Lol, no man, I haven't bought more weights yet...I did pick up a few extra 10's and 5's, and a couple 2 1/2's when I bought bent curl bar, think I've got a grand total of 345? And a few differant sizes of dumbells...that's definately enough to keep me pacified for a while! Although, I would like a heavier set of dumbells
And, THANKS man, I'm pretty stoked to be making some progress myself. It feels good and so do I. Someday I hope to be able to bench 300. That's my long term goal and I do believe it's attainable with the proper ethic...
