I met the owners son at TS, or atleast that's what he said. He tried to kick me out at the sled pulling event (2nd day of TS) because I moved my truck to a better park. It was a shitty ass day, with the rain and cold weather.
Everybody was bailing because they couldn't get the track right, and delayed the events all day. Seeing all the new parks I decided to move it to a better park; next thing I know I'm surrounded by an atv, and a dirt bike.
Needles to say, it was fun seeing all the people, but TS can suck a big one!

Wade I was at most of the races this year and you were only at the races that no OTHER trucks/dragsters was at. I really don't remember shaking your hand but if you say so. I wouldn't dis anyone at a event so it could have. That still doesn't change the fact that you think you're all that and then some! You just need to get over yourself and enjoy life not trying to impress everyone. Stop claiming things that are not tru and doing something good and others will talk for you. I won 4 events this year(diesel only) and have not said a word. You need to learn to do the same. Jeff

X2 I have always said actions speak louder than words i totally agree,If its something to talk about others will do it, and to put something in your sig that says fastest in the world? !st lesson in drag racing is theres always someone faster.The truck is fast and i would love to see it run myself.I would like to shake wades hand but not if its busy pating myself on the back,and im no big time racer just average joe so take my .02 cents for what its worth.
TS and Scheids are the superbowl of events because of the sled pulls. Not cause of the great races. Especially Sdx. If your not a fan of sled pulling, they are not gonna be the best events the majority thinks they are. Im a fan of drag racing too, but can never stick around at sdx on sunday before i get bored mainly cause its 1/8th mile.

No. You might find better races, but never a better event if you like the whole mix. Thats why their both in the mecca.:thumb:
There might be some drunken idiots, and the tracks usually suck, sled pulling, and racing, but its still a blast.

Thats why i sit home and work on my truck on TS weekend. My first year was my last year. Too many hicks come out of the woodwork there and give the true Diesel suporters a bad name. Saw it first hand.I would rather sit at home and do nothing than spend my time and money going to TS. Maybe it's just different in the west?

TS has been alot better the last 2 years, and I saw a big improvement in the schieds event this year as well cut down on the partying
Winter is in full swing in my neck of the woods. Some of these threads are quite entertaining.
Yeah ts has been better the last two years sense they got the pulls out of town. Not saying anything bad about the competitors its just the 20% crowd that seams to go with it you all know what I mean. :thumb:
I go to biker events also, so drunken idiots doesnt bother me, at least they have clothes on at the diesel events, I saw your truck pull at SDX this year and I went straight home and bought a 3rd Duramax to build as a dedicated puller.
