11% isn't bad IMO for how new it is and the number of people that still don't want a diesel. VWs TDIs are 25% of their sales.

Potentially could the EPA/DOT force these vehicles off the road if they are unable to get them emission compliant?

Did you get yours ordered? I'm just on the fence, if they don't require anything done after this all gets handled I'm ahead because I've eliminated a problem point on these vehicles, but if they make owners bring these cars in, I don't really want to be out the $1800 or so bucks to get the crap off of itI'm thinking I better order a rawtek kit for the wifes 12' IDK if this will have any effect of being able to get one of those but you never know.
