I am thinking turbo. I am a little paranoid as I am unsure of my mechanical abilities (I know blocker plate easy). Just didn't grow up in an environment where wrenching was taught evan though pops could assemble a vehicle from the ground up.:rant::cry::binky::violin:

Anywho, i am self teaching. Getting real good on two strokes and simple maintenance on vehicles.

Cut off the muffler today, also. Didn't have time to get the delete pipe in so it is cut just past the cab. Sounds pretty good.

So I finally put the actual delete pipe rather than keeping it cut behind the cab. The wife said it smelled bad in the cab. Come to find out it was cut just in front of the cab and leaking in the little vents at the back of the cab. It only leaked in at idle though. It still sounds great, just can't hear it as well now.


On another note. I took a look in the airbox just to see what it all looked like. The heat shield from the wheel well was sucked in and blocking the intake hole. I fixed it, but have yet to drive it. What, if any differance should I notice?

Oh yeah, I should have thrown some up. I will get some up today. I really dig the indicater being on the housing. It's not flashing in my face like when it is in the glass.

Crazy simple install. Grab em man they are only $230 and so worth it. I justified the cash because my other mirrors were simply a safety issue(couldn't see shit)

Yup the new mirrors are cool:thumb:

Alright AK, I have not been posting much and forgot about this. I will get them up, in the meatime I have a question as I have done a few mods.


So I think I am doing pretty good getting my rig modded up. I am looking for some guidance on what to do next.

First off, I know a built trans is next it just isn't going to happen next. It WILL happen but not until next fall. I am a wildland firefighter and the majority of my cashish comes in the summer. This seasons money is going to hardwood floors and a fireplace along with other house projects.

In the meantime I can spend a little cash on other mods for tee rig. Currently i have a lift,EGT block, PCV reroute, S&B mouthpiece, 3"DP, 5" Straightpipe, CTS monitoring Rob's tunes and a Fuelab 200. I thinking of waiting on the intake as what I have read leads me to believe I will be fine for now.

With that said, what do you think?

I was thinking intercooler tubes (hot and cold) and a deep trans pan. Anything before this or are these good for the next mods?
