If I can use the bellows, will cut a SS threaded coupler to the turbo.

But first test is, does the bellows hold 60psi without exploding or expanding. Hard to find much psi rating details based on dia and steel ga. So time to break out the air compressor..

I was going to suggest testing them at temp, but I would imagine the turbo discharge temp will be under 500°F, and most stainless doesn't see any degradation in strength until well over 800°F. Still might not hurt testing a little over intended working pressure just to be sure.

Fits the spot, now to psi testing see how it grows.

Also upon Mark's recommendation, adding a vibration damper clamp on the crossover line so that it won't break and cause excessive engine compartment heat issues. lol

Also promised Nick I would put his filter assembly up front and center with his name on it. Guess this counts..

If you need, the common rail VW TDIs use rubber vibration dampers on their high pressure lines. Maybe grab a few of those and clip them on.

Or not. May take away from the clean pristine look

Ok on the PC and looked those up TDI dampers. Seems VW had an issue with cyl #2 cracking the line. Cummins uses same type clamp to support several of the lines, one laying in my ashtray from last injector swap..

The ones I purchase from MSC are a two bolt plastic that fits snug around the line.

The VW ones are more of a rubber clip. It supposedly stops the vibration damage caused by the pressure pulses, hermonics and what not. Not sure if it was necessary but VW thought so. GM doesn't use any so.....

EGT gauge arrived today. Pretty cool little $300 experimental aircraft unit that does scalable 4ch, recall, and alarm trigger output.
Think I'll hook that wire to the horn relay...

Yep, up pipes at the manifold Vband. Port 1-2 / Stbd 1-2.

It come default set for 2egt and 2cht probes since piston powdered aircraft typically monitor head temp also. But you can rename the inputs what ever ya want. Ch1-4 ect.. 2600F range.

Has canbus lines for their custom data logger also, but I haven't had chance to jack into that yet. Bang for the buck, best I have seen on the market..

Looks like starboard 2 is running a little cooler than the rest. Might want to check for a weak injector. :D
