Thanks everyone. I'm working with fleece although the time difference is a killer plus I work all day so by the time I get home they're closed

If the wiring is bad how would I go about replacing it? I just was thinking about it and have come to the conclusion it pretty much can't be a tuning issue and I just want it fixed lol. Anyone know anyone I could get a vaneposition sensor from that's local just to see if that maybe it?

You can use the vane position sensor off of the turbo that you pulled out- Its the same! Cant get any closer than that- or i have one in the garage i could ship to you, but remember im on the other side of the country haha! GOOD LUCK and give me a call if you need - Steven

Òkay...time for the more info I promised. Wanted to give a big thanks to Johnny (gasuout), Dan @ PPE, Jason (LBZrcks), the whole Fleece Performance crew, and Jordan (Epileptic GMC) as well as everyone who's participated in this thread. Also needed to add Brayden is an awesome guy that is a stand up business owner and stands behind his work. After exhausting all avenues to fix my current situation I will have a new turbo on its way in the morning. I can't wait to hear this Cheetah sing...and I must say the trials and tribulations I have been dealt in my life have always made me stronger and I know this will as well. We made every effort to solve this...hooked up with the Tech II and tried running tests that way, tried the "tap" method, logged with EFI, replaced solenoid and vane pos sensor all to no avail. But I can say I have not been this impressed with customer service before. Keep doing what you're doing Fleece it's great :thumb: When the new Cheetah gets here and is installed I will detail all the steps with pictures and write it out so that way others can install it with ease for the newbs like me :D

Appreciate the feedback. I'm interested to see what is wrong with your unit. Most times if the vanes are sticking or stuck you won't be able to push the plunger in on the cartridge. We'll see.

There's a shipping label in the box for return shipment, just use the same box.

Thanks,

Brayden

PS. Sorry I missed this thread!
