he was on to something when he was i believe the first to use 2. food for thought
was thinking about running one off a propeller mounted up front, once you got going fast enough the wind would get the propeller turning fast enough kick it in. Could adjust it with a variable pitch prop. Should work slick.

Bad idea Kurt, with as many flex plates as you go through in a week why take the chance of grenading a good cp3 pump?
you guys ideas are as good as an electric powered generator.
Sounds like we should have a contest of who can mount the most CP3s. Ill start.
1. stock location
2. normal twin location
3. replaces ps pump
4. replaces ac compressor
5. replaces alternator
6. replaces starter
7. off of the pto on the left side of the ally
8. off of the pto on the right side of the ally (may need hood stack for clearance issues)
9. put a gear on left side half shaft and run one off of it
10, same as 9 but the other side
11. runs off of the blower motor
12. hand crank and a buddy running it in the pass seat
13,14,15 same as above but with people in the back seat (note a 16th is possible with a bench seat.
and the rest could all be mounted along both driveshafts with infinite possibilities
anymore ideas??
maybe this is a little carried away now you just need a rial to hold all of that fuel
