Thanks Josh, Kory and Jeff for your vouches. As long as we're all in agreement, it looks like we have a new number 1. Congrats Vince. :thumb:

Tark, what is Vince's nickname? Every entry on the list has the person's forum name, but since he's not on any, I need something to put there.

BTW, as far as 11s go, I think by September we'll have at least two, if not three, stock turbos there. Josh, Jeff and Rony have great shots at it, as does Vince.
Who'd a thunk that was possible 5 years ago?

My '07 RC/LB had a shipping weight IIRC of 6050 lbs, it currently has a plow frame and about 40-50 Lbs of copper cable for the sander.

When I raced it at Lebanon it went 12.52 and I scaled it at the CAT certified scale on the way home and with me in it and 1/2 tank of fuel, tailgate, spare, etc it weighed 6700+/- lbs.

I guess it is that heavy, to get my truck down to that race weight with me weighing 210 and the plow frame, etc I would have to strip everything off and even then I wonder if I can get it down to 6000 +/-

Maybe I'll strip it down to bare bones and run it in June........see If it can run a 12.0 flat

I will post a video of the run...Hoping for 11.9999 next friday night...Going to take out the pass seat and a few other things if we can and try to get some weight off the truck...And like Gaylon said he will be at TS....Vince was able to pickup about 5 psi more with the Lmm turbo.....Thats what his guage is saying anyways....

You do realize that LMM turbos are going to be worth a lot more to LBZ owners now. Interesting that a more restrictive turbo (as per Brayden and Broviak) can put out more boost. You'd think it'd be the other way around.

I'm particularly interested by the numbers of different engines on the list. I know the LBZ was only available for 1.5 years compared to 3.5 for the LB7, but I wonder how production numbers compare. The numbers for each on the list is pretty close. There are now zero LMMs and only a hand full of LLYs.

11 LB7s, 9 LBZs and 5 LLYs by my count.

I tried looking for production numbers, but came up with nada. I wonder if Henry could find that info out??

When are you planning on taking the van out to a 1/4 mile, Josh? Scary to think that thing may pop off an 11.90.

At this point, I don't see it running that quick on fuel only, but I'll keep you posted. I think it should make the list; I just don't see it running an 11. Hopefully I'll find out in a couple of weeks.
