1 hole is easier to seal then multiple ones lol I've installed my share :roflmao:

I'd move the sump back a few inches from center of tank. That way you avoid the sending unit all together. I'm running that exact sump. It's no prob sealing off the bolt holes.
Beans sump here. Love it. No leaks and easy to install.
As for filters that cat filter is only rated for around 80 gph. More then that you are loosing filtration. Also it DOES NOT have a water separator in it.
This is the filter I ran with mine when I had the airdog raptor. Its rated at around 100gph.
