Here is a 4" AFE on my LML. Sorry just noticed you only wanted 5" pics.

Magnaflow is the way to go. The 5" starts not too far away from the downpipe. Everything fits well and the clamps are great too. The only thing I didn't like about the exit pipe was it wasn't tucked up nicely to the bed, it hung a but too low for my taste. I took the last section off the tailpipe recently and did the over axle dump. It looks more sleek and I like how it makes the truck rumble a bit more deeper.

Well thanks for all the help and info. Hit up Henry from creatures of the night performance and ordered it and a Magnaflow downpipe. He has aweaome prices! Truck has to go back to a single 72mmR until the new setup goes on. Should be fun and loud!

Just throwing this one out there, you mentioned the Flo Pro being straight back...I wanted to throw Flo Pro pics out there to compare. Unfortunately none are super close, but the tip shoots out at a 45 basically coming out just before the taillight. Can't complain on anything hangers are fine, not rusty, sounds great, but good luck on your choices :thumb:

Well I hope you you like the Magnaflow. The one I have exit is 90* front the truck which I wasn't a big fan of. Also you will probable have to run a tip if you don't want soot all over your truck. Mine sooted up pretty bad, but I have a stock turbo and run low boost at cruising speeds.

If you weld up the hangers with a mig you need to paint the welds at least or they will rust out. I use the section of pipe that you cut off to make straps and make a sleeve in the exit that I slid a 5" tip over. That way it looked streamline and kept the soot off my truck.

5" magnaflow. I cut the exhaust more and angled the tip a little more back...

4" magnaflow exit... The 5" and 4" exited the same. I like magnaflow exhaust. Nice clamps, easy assembly as well. I even like their muffler. It's quiet till you stomp on it. Guess it's because I like the sounds of the whistle more. But the hood stack has changed all that for me.

I just want to verify, but does the the magnaflow exhaust work on LMM? They don't list it as fitting.

Exhaust kits are same 01-10.. Most don't list Lmm for emissions reasons

Is yours up close to the body and level? Mine is and IIRC if I had it sloped down some it was quit 90*. Maybe there is some variance from kit to kit.

Oh wait disregard my posts I just went out and looked. I forgot I had moved the rear hanger to try and give more room when I switch to 35s. Which makes mine at 90*.
