Yes besides my built motor set up now. This was an absolute blast to drive on the street with Moonshine tunes... I miss this set up... S475 cast wheel box charger, 30% nozzle, dual pumps.

I had a 475/stock LLY combo and it was a real nice setup, drove beautifully. Went to a 480/366 with cam, heads, injectors, dual CP3, etc.....it drove even better and was much more fun, no comparison.

My built lmm before the motor, I towed 15k+ on my 366 and it didn't skip a beat. Loved the sound that's why I lean towards a 468, can't tow THAT bad

I had a s468 for about 10K miles. It towed just fine but had to be above 2k rpm which hardly ever got me out of 4th gear. I have a fleece s463 now which still will do my power goals and drives/tows way nicer.

I've been curious, what kind of power is that size capable of?

again, its all comes down to your driving and what you mind or dont mind doing. there is no reason you cant make the 468 tow 6-8k, you just will have to down shift more to keep on top of the charger unlike the twin setup where you can leave stock shift points alone. you can make the 468 just as fun as the twin setup as well if you have the right converter and trans shift points/kick down points. Lag drives me nuts and i hate having to kick down gears for minor hills (actually i dont really kick down gears at all unless i get slowed up by traffic even on 6% grades here) so i gave my thoughts. large singles take a bit more to get dialed in and give you the full fun factor.

i kinda feel you are hunting for guys to tell you to run the 468 cause thats what you really want to do. :D

Eh, stock turbo will not net 600hp. Most trucks do well to break 500hp. I know you have 30s and that will help some, but I don't see it IMO. And again I'm with James, your rods will be fine. Pistons?:D

What are the torque numbers everyone is talking about HP, im trying to make more torque also. I pulled my trailer with a 2016 Powerstroke and it did great power wise. Im trying to get into the same or better area with the Kodiak.

If it's a heavy beast and sees mostly tow duty, IMHO I'd either leave a stock charger on there or go with something small like a 66mm stg2 from Danville. I wouldn't add the heat and additional points for possible failure. The 66 should give you the towing you seek but also allow for unloaded shenanigans on the big tunes.

06 LLY code engine is still an LBZ with LBZ pistons.

1200ft lbs seems to be max on lb7-lly rods and 1300ft lbs max on lbz-lmm. this does not take into account for the one weak rod your truck may have or slightly weaker rods compared to the next set.
