750 psi is not enough to start. Sounds like the same issue as what Mick is going through right now to me.

Well I assume we have confirmed fuel circulation correct so air in the fuel rails is not the issue? Unless we left something open inside one of the rails!

I guess the next step is pull the glow plugs and see how many holes if any have fuel running out of them. If nothing then I guess it may be electrical-we may need to put a scope on one of the injector wires and check to see if the FICM is sending a signal to them. Work backwards from there maybe.

Try full flashing the ECM with theft crap disabled-worth a shot no?

You need 1500 psi to start. Have you cracked loose the feed lines at the pumps to make sure you got all the air out? Check all you injector feed lines for being tight. If one is loose that is all it will take. If it is loose on the injector end it can leak into the engine and you will never see it.

You have the feed lines hooked to the inputs not the returns?

It usaully takes some doing to get my truck to start after having the fuel system apart. I have the charger on and stand by as if the batts get weak it will spin to slow and not start.

How long has your ECM been there?
attachment.php

Is anything conductive touching it that would ground out the housing?

It has just been placed there since we got the engine in. Could be a problem if it is touching the fender........and I think it might be on the bottom IIRC.

It is srrounded by a rubber floor mat,I read your post the other day and pulled it right up and out of there just in case

I just fried my spare ECM:mad::mad::mad:

RPM is 150 cranking

fuel no matter what i try is always the same less than 200 psi

no fuel in the cylinders

cp3 both plugged?

yes
Check all you injector feed lines for being tight. If one is loose that is all it will take. If it is loose on the injector end it can leak into the engine and you will never see it. Probably not enough to see it in the oil? So i just checked them all again, they are tight

Im using my 05 to constantly boost the battery

If you pull the HP inj line off the cp3 its a dribble of fuel even with the regulator unplugged?

Did you try this?

Rob I installed my spare ECM with the stock tune on it and it set that code

I then attemted to full flash that ECM and the flash failed ECM in a unknown state

Couldnt do anything with that ECM so i put my RR ecm back in

Its electrical im sure of it now
