The o rings and washers are the same Tommy,The injectors is what is not the same.

Got 5 of the 8 orings, need the washers still. 3 dealerships just for 5 washers at $10 a piece! LOL

Go to the hardware store!! Its just copper, watch the thickness. Buy one from the dealer and get the others at the hardware store for 90 cents a piece. **** 80 bucks for them.

So the copper washer goes on first, then the rubber o ring, then put it in the hole and bolt hold down? Any tricks to that? Was gonna try to put one side of injectors and rail on.

Need to shim my rail too. Shim or race valve? Ported rail fitting? Ive got 12 of each sitting here :happy2:

You can put 2 shims in. you putting your dual fueler on at the same time?

the rubber o ring will go on the body of the injector toward the top,The washer goes on the bottom.I like running the race valve thats just me one less return line to run then from the twins fuel block.

I have had one in my truck since 3,500 miles just turned over 39,000 and its a DD.Your injectors still return fuel there selfs.

Theres still a fuel return. Theres just no need for it from the fprv. The race valve blocks that off (the little nipple on the driver rail). I am still running a race valve in my rail. No issues but if you get a huge spike, where dose the fuel go....? Not thru the FPRV, because the race valve eliminates it lol.

Ya but its it ok? I know the topic of a race valve is debatable.

Another thing is that it is a whole lot easier to change out with the block included with the kit. So if the shims don't work out for you, you can easily put a race valve in instead of battling with the rear of the rail.

I would think that one of the rubber return lines would let go. I have seen 28,3xx on the rail before.Alot of people run it with the race valve and there will always be some that do not like running them.

i saw 29000 plus and mine was shimmed I would shim it. the only other place i could see fuel going with no return is out the side of the rail or back through thte cp3 nether i would think are good lol

I appreciate that Jared. Just a little overwhelming I guess lol.

Going to attempt to install the intake bridge, turbo and CP3 tonight.

Im waiting on injector seals and o-rings for the LMM injector (same as LLY/LBZ). Does anyone have them? I have part numbers if needed.

give Guy a call. he ordered some for me, but hadn't come in when i picked up my motor. he might still have them. i didn't need them, mine were fine

clarify... i got washers. my orings didn't come in yet
