Cool.

I already have a federal pass up pipe, thanks. Its on and installed. I need to get a BD manifold then the stock LMM uppipe and thatll be done.

What do I need for the rest of the EGR delete system?

I remember reading about a T3 spacer on here you need for the turbo.... the housing hits the stud coming out of the pedestal, anyone remember that?
Simon?

I do not have any of the washers,Also you have the non egr uppipe on the pass side, Now use that PPE bridge that you got and get a LB7 intercooler pipe and you will need some heater hose and a adapter and some hose clamps. throw the grid heater and egr tube and throttle body over in the corner then your done.

I actually have it sitting here from the customer as he returned it. Should I really use that for what it costs?

By looking at the picture on your website, I would say no. Unless you replace the inlet tube like we did with Simon's truck there isn't much of a point that I can see. We had a 3" pipe welded into the y-bridge for the intake!!

Just get rid of the grid heater and maybe clean up the intake as much as possible. Also, you may want to get a bigger boost tube for the D/S.

Ive got the MMLMM heater delete and my previous S&B intake setup - is that gonna still work for now?

And what exactly am I going to need as far as blocking plates since Im not using an EGR uppipe anymore?

if you are going to get rid of the cooler, and still use the stock intake, you will have to fab up a plate where the cooler bolts the the intake above the egr motor. shouldn't be too hard, some 1/4" steel with 2 holes and get some longer bolts with nuts. i would use some silicone gasket sealer, like for the oil pan and stuff to seal it.

Dale he wants to loose the EGR cooler, So this is a easy way to do that, Ben ended up doing the bridge like this and likes it.
