Sorry for being so vague. I am curious about what you did with the turbo pedestal, and air filter location. I looked through some of your old threads, but I couldn't see the pics, maybe it's my computer. I would like to do the same later on down the road. Thanks for your help. :)

Don't have a recent picture of the pedistal, I used PPE's spacer and cut a soft "Y" out of heavy steel and back braced it, then attached the bottom of the Y to a piece of flat stock and driled it to match the stock bolt locations.

The ped is cake, its all the lay out and mock that takes the time. Tack sit and smoke, scope it out, build the rest in your head... etc etc

Air filter is behind the drivers headlights, currently working on a box for it. Cool thing about this box and filter location is i get built in outside/ram air, the left hand half (facing the grill) of the box scoops out towards the grill around the core support. If you wanna squeeze your margins you can fit an 18"x9" w/ 7" throat filter in this location, I chose a 12"x7x5" throat.

Pictures from today, didn't get much done and plenty left to do!!

It's not as sluethy as i had hoped, the tank sits kinda low and the 4 link is loud and obnoxious.

do you have a roll cage installed yet James?

No, we are going to look into some design ideas next week.

More to consider than i thought. Seats, nitrous/Nano, future framework/suspension, 4 doors. I need to drop more weight yet maintain current function/clearances. Jack has some good ideas, see what shakes out.

If it gets any farther out of hand I'll look for a reg cab dually 2X, if that body exists.

I don't daily drive it but I do drive it alot. 75mm and I don't see any problems. I was surprised it drove as good as it does. Jeff

The GT4202 is 74mm and can be used as a daily driver. I don't tow however. I recently moved up to a 1.28 exhaust housing (from a .98 housing) and have lost a little more down low but it was not drastic. The .98 exhaust housing was a lot of fun but I felt it was choking the top end.

Truck is coming along, 74mm charger is totally DD. I think with tuning an 80mm is doable.

0-60 is in the 4's somewhere with all 4 spinning, can't say i don't have a de fuel for the shift!! That trans has ALL DAY to get 'er done. Headed for some baseline dyno testing Friday.

She's still sucking hot air, i haven't turned the IC pump on yet.

nope, not yet.

We want to do some dyno testing with this set up first.

Maybe I'll do some 1/8th stuff for testing 60's and shifting, if its close and easy.
