I've got one where the converter flow valve was ground on the wrong side, and a ghetto s366 setup. Forgot how to upload pics though.

Just quickly came across this truck on the local ads, and used the Snipping Tool to paint like a 2 year old for removing identifiers. That being said, thoughts on the pictured truck with clean title.

The owner could have bought back from insurance and in that case the title would not be a salvage title. The insurance will brand the title if the total out a vehicle and the owner doesn't keep it.

Marking a title reconstructed doesn't hinge on ownership. If the insurance company's estimate exceeds a certain amount, based on a 'book' value, then it will be deemed reconstructed. That's when the ins CO has it for sale, which at that point the owner or someone else can purchase. If this truck's repair estimate wasn't high it still could use the orig clean title, or it may have been never turned into insurance at all to keep it clean...

Don't quote me on this but I think that might be dieselsellerzz, only because of the Ford sitting behind it. But really, the pictures you posted makes it look worse than it really is ;)

Just to be fair --

I've bought 2 repairable/part out trucks that had a hole cut in the bed floor and a piece of sheet metal screwed to the bed floor to access the pickup/fuel sender on the fuel tank. :roflmao:

HAHA my truck currently has one of those. The previous owner kept having problems with the sending unit and cut a hole just big enough to pull the unit out. The truck was in great shape other than that so i bought it anyway. I will tell you it actually came in handy when i replaced the suction tube that had a small hole in it with a piece of 1/2 inch fuel hose. So i guess im one of those guys.:woott:

Custom cold air intake
Truck came in for a complete check over, customer wanted to know if it was worth putting injectors in. What a pile.

So I bought my 05 knowing it had a "hole" in down pipe from where previous owner tried replacing it but gave up didn't think it was a big deal so rode out until now when I had time to replace it. Well it's bigger than I thought and would have replaced it sooner had I known.. But didn't inspect it here's the "hole"
