Keep test fitting as you grind down things, once you have the "C" shaped portion figured out you'll need to watch the top section of the lower diff mount so that it mesh's smoothly with the LCA ear

as you can guess we welded around the entire mount using wire feed welding and it turned great considering the confined space.

However we wanted a little extra insurance so we mocked up the LCA and trace out the bushings with a paint stick and then put straps on the inside of the LCA ear for added integrity

I painted the new welds and where the old torsion bar mount drop bracket mounted on the frame, then mounted the LCA on the driver side.

My centerline is the only stock part in my steering and on my initial "mock up" of the front diff it was very clear the centerline had to be dropped.

Got my trans jack and raised the diff up pinion being the first part upward and rolling the pinion and lower mount towards the rear as we raised the diff. Landed the lower keep but and both passenger side bolts and then couldn't figure out as to why the top side wouldn't mount when we found this

That's the cognito mount hitting the factory upper diff mount.
Tomorrow morning I'm going the lower the diff and grind off ~3/16" to free up just enough spaces to squeeze the upper diff mount into its final resting place.

I only ground off what was absolutely necessary, I would hit it with a flapper wheel for 30 seconds and then rotate the diff upwards and mock it up. Took me 4 tries until it was perfect and clean.

Torqued all differential mount bolts to 70ft lbs.

Torque CV bolts to 58ft lbs at the differential and at the hub 177ft lbs

Also don't forget the mount your front drive shaft!

Slid both Torsion Bars through the LCA's first and then mounted the torsion bar crossmember.

Used my torsion key tool to push the Torsion up and then slid both Torsion bolt chingadara's up in place. My goal was to stay as low as possible, I've cut fenders to 37" in the past before so a little trimming and measure doesn't scare me so I only turned the bolts up enough to push the Torsion bar up 1/8" at the key.

Mounted my wheels and tires and sat the truck down. Voluntold my wife to be my brakewoman while I flushed the lines out and bled each caliper.

With the trucks weight down on the suspension I torqued
LCA's - 129ft lbs
UBolts - 118ft lbs
Leaf spring shackle - 70ft lbs
Leaf spring mount - 148 ft lbs
Rear hanger bolt - 37 ft lbs

I then put my front clip together and all my tailights. I took the blacked out lens off the rear and buffed those

I baked my headlights and pulled the lens and baffle out and then installed a gift my mom got me 2 years ago. I probably won't use them but she has lymphoma and I would paint my truck hot pink if it made her happy so don't go sending hate at a good son.

I turned my tie rods 5 full rotations to make it "safer" to drive to the alignment shop. They were towed in pretty far since the previous lift was 7" up.
