Been a long road but motor is done and in.Trans and wireing will be tommorrow and il pick away at the fuel lines and cell durring the week.Really happy with the way this one worked out and these ma mounts solid..WOW.
Yeah, I have the MA mounts as well, and it was actually kind of tricky to get everything lined up so I could bolt it in. They do keep the motor from torquing around and popping boots off charge pipes, which was my problem before.

The motor is bolted in with no trans and it wont budge at all.I ended up with strobelights pulling mounts with no bushing and custom insert. Its TIGHT!

Sweet! I still remember the feeling when my built motor started for the first time. So nice when it all comes together!

Was able to pull a couple codes and i think im in fuel limp.p0182 and p0168 high fuel temp.Could these codes cause a limp situation?

The truck seemed to fire super easy for never being run and idled smooth.first thing i thought was i fkd up timing or repinning for the af cam but i did triple check before closing it up.I swaped fuel temp sensors and checked voltage at the the fuel temp plug and both sides are dead.no blown fuses.Any ideas?

Mine was from having too much injector return making the fuel too hot below a quarter tank, I was unaware the injectors were bad as balance rates were prefect. I put in a race plug and no more limping or codes.

I'm not sure what's going on with yours. Wiring issues is sadly one big thing I suck at, but I've luckily never had an issue with.

I did plug a couple things in backwards at the cp3 once but only issues I've had.

Eh...you needed better tires anyway, right?

Kids ALWAYS think burnouts and "going fast" is hilarious. :roflmao:

Time for new rims and rubber so one last blast before it went away for the winter.Shop neighbors have been bugging me for months to roast the bologna skins off.Daughter thinks its funny from about 50 ft but any closer she runs.
