Im an automotive painter by trade so the classy primed look wont last long...After the first rip down main street will warrent a color change...quick

Good deal. HREW is not a good fit for these heavy trucks unless you brace it VERY well.

I dont know wtf the kids did to it.looks like latex primer in top of latex paint...I guess they wanted a do over but didnt work out.Besides the hacked paint the body is straight and clean enough to strip and go at it.Car wash is a good idea as it might slide right off.

Lexan rear window is cut and sitting in place,Il hunt for some stainless fasteners tomorrow.Was tossing around the idea of a cell but i think il leave the tank in for now and see what happens.

Yes...Those are compression fittings on the brake lines.

Been getting at it over the winter.rockers,cab corners,doors,stripped and primed, brake lines,frame sand blasted and painted,cage.Machine shop next week and assembly time.Forged pistons and ma mounts came in on fri as well.Thanks Cody!

Quick update on progress.Short block is back from machine shop so final assembly has begun.Also picked up a couple mock up long blocks from a member and was able to fab some new piping.Couple more weeks and it should be running if all goes well.Also wanted to thank all the members for all the great parts sold to complete this build.

Heads are going on with the 625's.Still dont understand why there worth an extra grand for 25lbs over the 2000's...but they look good

Yes it does...cant keep a camra lense clean on any of them i own.Il get my kid to take the shots.

Been a long road but motor is done and in.Trans and wireing will be tommorrow and il pick away at the fuel lines and cell durring the week.Really happy with the way this one worked out and these ma mounts solid..WOW.
