After towing the boat all day today I'm still impressed with this truck. Thing tows amazingly. I only have one tune and it's max effort so I had to drive the truck not just get in it and hold er wide open. Highest egt I saw was 1100
It doesn't even know the boat is there and it's over 7k.
Have to run an extension hitch to keep the bow of the boat out of the bedsides.

Over all I can't be happier.. I've still got a fix a leak or two but I've been prepping for my boys birthday party and the lake today so the truck got put on hold.
Trans temps run kinda toasty, I need to relocate the cooler to a better air flow area as I'm pretty sure the bow tie is blocking its air flow. Or I just need to man up and buy mikes cooler which I need to do anyway. The temps might be because I'm running the orange spring and shim. Hottest trans temp I saw today was 220, ambient temp of about 83. Back roads 55-60 mph.. seemed like when I got on some good road and ran 65-70 trans temps dropped in a hurry.
Almost probably going to swap to misimoto low temp stats, won't hurt to loose 10-15 degrees in the coolant side of things to help. Wish my oil temp gauge was hooked up so I could have saw oil temps with boat and no cooler. The large oil cooler isn't hooked up yet as I wanted to make sure everything was Gucci before I ran trash through it.
