Made progress Sunday, nothing pic worthy.. Hooked up all the engine harnesses, battery cables and etc..planned to put radiator, intercooler, etc on but realized I had no lower fan shroud or intercooler mount bushings.


Ordered a lower shroud however cannot source the lower bushings for the intercooler locally and supposedly gm cannot order them without getting an intercooler attracted to them..

So off to google I go unless someone has a set they will send me quick fast and in a hurry like because Id like to spend time Thursday assembling it.

You can purchase them separately, I bought them awhile back for when I install my Mishimoto intercooler. I'll dig them out of the box and post the number and IIRC the part number is the same 2001-2010..

Don't worry bout it Corbin, the truck those came off got scrapped...thing didn't survive a 97mph collision

Progress today..

Got the cold side I/c pipe built and painted, lower fan shroud finally came in so
I put the radiator in it. And wrapped the hot pipe between turbos.

Hate to say it but I think I'm gonna have to sell the black truck sooner than later.. It's so close to being done, just needs trans built and installed a a few lines for plumbing..

Understandable. It's none of my business either way.
