Yea I think I would still come out and look around maybe take a trip before hand to look around.and meet up and show what I would be looking for. really only need a rancher 1,500 to 2,000 sqft is fine be nice to have have a garage on the house for the GF to park and store the 4 wheeler if there is places to go ride, then also could work on the truck out of a 2 car.hell we worked and built on it out of a 16x24 already, I can build a garage later need atleast a acre enough room to build a 40x60 atleast
