I would call up the guys at DTS and see if you can get another regulator sent your way. if that dont fix it, your gunna have to pull the CP3 and send it back

Should be getting a replacement regulator forsure and possibly a cp3 in the mail soon.... also anyone know if the cp3 or the Injectors should return more fuel. Figure I can run the returns into separate containers with it idling

You should use EFILive instead of that gauge. I've found the accuracy of rail pressure gauges to be less than desirable.

I have and its the same... It ties into the factory sensor so it gets the same info. And I have watched both and they follow eachother perfectly, so the gauge is calibrated correct. Anyway I was just messing around didn't expect anything. Just found it funny that it won't max out at idle, but give it just enough fuel to start moving the tach and railpressure starts going up??? Give it alot of fuel and it maxes out the gauge. I don't understand how that would be possible, its telling itself to give max railpressure the whole time. Just captured that video real quick. How would messing with the accelerater effect anything?

I'm just letting you know what I've seen. If yours is accurate, that's good.

More RPM=more fuel flow.

But as far as pressure goes, the slower the flow the easier it is to build pressure. Seems like it would be the opposite, pressure should start falling off as you flow more.

It takes very little fuel to raise the RPM with no load on the engine.
