Leveling keys...... in levis....... that mother ****er.......... all the hell he raises over people with lift keys :roflmao:

When I bought the truck first thing I did was pull the bolts. It never did sit low enough but angles were flat. Don't worry, stock keys are going back it. Pipe down old man:rolleyes:

Sounds like you guys have a lot of fun...:thumb: We have had a couple successful get togethers here in the Pacific Northwest but have yet to find a shop to gather at I hope that happens soon... Pacific Raceways our local track has started a new 7 race diesel series though. Unfortunately the races are all scheduled on Wednesday afternoons. I missed the first because I forgot my keys I one of the many trucks I was in that day and that truck was left on the job site... Today is the second race but if yesterday is any indication of when I will make it back to the yard I'll miss this one as well, helmet and fire suit are in the truck though. :thumb:

First afternoon done in tuning. have not turned fuel up yet, just messing with smoke control, boost pressure at certain throttle positions, WOT defuel issues, and other small things. She has come alive since the base tune! i really love this 68, damn thing comes on line fast and keeps pullin! once things started getting lines out with defuel and TC lock up, we went from 50psi to 60psi on this charger.... FAR more than we want to be lmao! made one pass that way down in mexico and i jumped out of it when i saw it hit. dont want to go blowing things up! Steve backed things down and we will be getting back after it tomorrow.

Levi's gauges have a nice recall feature to show just how much we hit in boost and EGT. certainly makes me want a set for t&t purposes. lets you keep your eyes on the mexico drag strip.

I know mark had posted in the spool up test about this turbo coming on so quick and i honestly believed it but having it happen when your driving it really makes you realize just how quick it is! most of you know how much of a stickler i am against spool up time and want it quick for towing. this kicks my modded stock turbos butt!!

Well shes off to levi. he picked her up last thursday. had some issues with turbo tuning that a quick call to Mark fixed right up. I still wasnt happy with how it was pulling on the big tune so last min we raised shift points from 3450 to 3700. wow did that wake it up! i really want to see how shes gunna run on nitrous. its gunna be a heck of a runner. We are planning on play with it when its cools down and he comes down one weekend for some track time. his goal is to get kicked off the track for running too fast :D

So now onto the next engine. i have an 06 LBZ engine in the garage from another truck out of Show Low (3-4 hours from me). She broke a crank with 175k on her but its not all stock. had a decent stock trans tune and he tows with it quite a bit. tear down will hopefully be today so we know if the block is good. then a mild build will begin if so :woott:
