I finally pulled the trigger on a Chevy 2500. I almost bought the Denali but I liked Chevys front and the high country interior better. These trucks are very nice, I was having second thought about taking it hunting yesterday ha.

Funny you say that it looks like it is going back. The dealer called and said they need another 2000 dollars. Some snafu about taxes or something. I signed all the papers and the deal was done now they are asking for more money. I refuse to give them another penny

The deal was DONE. The sale was FINAL. If they messed up and didn't collect whatever they needed from you by the time you signed the line, they need to deal with that themselves.

That would be like me calling a customer after I fixed his truck and saying I needed more money because I forgot to charge him for shop supplies. Ridiculous.

That's exactly what I said but because it's taxes they are saying they will not cut the full check for me to get my tag. Which means I would have to lawyers involved I would win because it's clear cut I just don't know if it's worth all the bs

I'm going to tell them to bring me my trade back and I'll get another truck. To much bullshit and I refuse to eat anymore cost. The screwed up thing is I could have sold my trade out right but they said there would be no problem with the trade

I would try calling the attorney general in your state and see if they can help you or point you in the right direction to see if that's even legal for the dealer to do!
