Got the transmission in the truck in a damn rainstorm. Bolted the crossmember together and to the trans and said f this and gave up soaked. I'll take this hurdle though as I'm ready to have the truck back

I got steering brace finished and start on my drop shackles, which turned into a nightmare, I ended up having to cut the old shackles in half to cut the bottom bolts with the cut off wheel since the Sawzall wasn't doing the job. When I removed the top bolts, they took out the top bushings. Then I decided to clean mine frame up since I had the box office. Now I have a spun stud on my passenger side axle spacer.

Still working on the tune and getting setup to optimize the turbo and air.. It does more work with less boost than the stock.. Oil temps are 10-15° lower compared to the VVT(thinking the lack of oil need to control vanes means less heat is why) egts are same.. Ect is down.. I can run faster(5-8mph) with less heat and throttle than with the
Stock turbo..
First tank was 340/46=7.4 should get better as I go father.. Worse ive done waa 8mpg with stock and 11 is the best ive done with hauling these.. Looks promising..

.Hauling another one of these to Saginaw Texas.. Then pick up a GMC 5500 to go back to ohio

Quick short steep grade somewhere on western NY parkway.. I couldn't do this with the stock turbo.. Boost would 30# and oil temps would be above 240° I'd loose either the turbo or a piston trying to do this repeatedly egts/eot/boost top to bottom

Mark @ Danville is great dude! How's the lag? I'm Amazed at how low them egts are!

Not really any lag...per say.... While boost swings slower that stock... Truck responds faster and uses less boost tan with stock turbo..Egts rarely hit 1000-1100° except on heavy high wind drag loads.. Flat ground is ~850° with this load

Haha shouldn't have been doing those burnouts.....

you have tried doing very tight forward and reverse turns at slow speeds?

The tits for tires gets me every time haha. Yea I've tried everything, it happened to me before about a year ago but it popped out.
