Did 100k service. All 4 rotors turned, scuffed up pads which have a ton of life still, brake fluid flushed, p/s fluid flushed, oil change, and axle seal found to be leaking. The axle flange gasket from AutoZone and Napa are definitely the wrong part. It's slightly smaller and is metal not paper. Ended up making a gasket because the stealership is closed.

Nothing wrong with the NAPA 55350 if you torque the flange bolts properly. Mine have been trouble free for over 100,000 miles, and Ive reused them once, too. IMO, the metal gasket is better than paper.

Well went and worked on the truck another 3 hrs today. Got the y bridge out a bunch of brackets and everything off the cp3. Found the 4 bolts on front that hold cp3 on and started dissasssembling shit to get to them. The videos I watched have me pulling the whole alternator bracket off to get to the thermostat housing bolts to remove that so I have access to the 4 cp3 bolts..

How she currently sits

The bolt holes didn't line up what so ever. On either of the gaskets.

Well I'm closer now than I was yesterday lol. Got turbo in, up pipes attached, oil supply and drain ran, finished return line on drivers side, did all new 8 glow plugs, got the alternator mount assembly back on the motor, both alternators and ac compressor on. Also put hsp t stat housing and pipe on.

Changed oil, and oil/fuel/trans spin on filters. Almost to 200k. There is a god awful rattling in my back seat that I can't locate so might be taking the back seat out

Take a good look at the jack. Mine decided to loosen up after a few years and the strap that holds it down was rattling like crazy.
