Yep, right now I'm bored...

Did some bumper work, ECT's now run at 195 instead of the usual 210 on the freeway, the transmission stays at 150 degrees. When coming to stop after exiting the freeway it drops to about 185 in 45 seconds, EGT's are about 50-100 degrees less when cruising on the freeway.

Something I did not even think about while doing this, the AC feels a 100 times colder and ready for summer...:happy2:



Enlarged the holes at the bottom of the bumper and cut off the tabs blocking airflow.

where did you get that plastic piece for the bottom there i need to replace mine it kinda disappeared when i was doing my cooler install the same time i was moving and it looks a lot more heavy duty and might cover more surface are the original one is kinda pathetic. i also need to move my cooler up a little bit as the bumper block the bottom 20%

I'll know how more at the end of summer how well it will hold up, picked it up at Home Depot 24x36 sheet for around $10.00.

Put upper control arms in. Glad they were only 203.70cad. I had pressed in new acdelco and only got 35 thousand km out of them and they were trashed.
