Spent a little more time on mine tonight. Got the up pipes bolted in, turbo coolant feed line on, glow plug nuts installed, and bolted my 20s on the front to get an idea of how it'll sit.

No torsion bolts, 20x12 with 285/55 toyo at2

I for see a bunch of time with a angle grinder. I ended having to take a half in off the bottom of the metal part of my bumper to get my wheels to clear the bumper and that was with a 9 inch wheel and the t Bar bolts half down. I will be interested to see how much work you will have to do on your inner fender. Mine clears, but it still needs work to make me happy.

Yea it's going to require ALOT of trimming.. I cut fenders about once a week so I've got pretty good at it.. This will be the most I've ever done I think. My buddy I work with runs 305/55/20s on 20x10 -12s on his lowered truck (2" shackles and front lowered to match) and I didn't get very extreme on his. I'm probably going to have to do some fender stretching but we shall see.

Rough country sleeves don't work well with moog inners.. Usually have to drill them out

Worked on mine some more tonight. Got my fass sump installed, new fuel sender, plumbed the fass and stared wiring it before I was called home.

Found why the gauge always read empty Jesse

The thursday night I pulled the tank and installed the hot side intercooler pipe and my oil feed line fitting.. I have a $120 line to feed the stock turbo when a stock one would have worked perfectly fine lol .

^^thats funny about the sending unit! I just changed mine last night and noticed the same thing! Lol I plumbed and wired my fass. Also got the other motor halfway together with some paint on her. Still awaiting my parts from HSP to get mine running again. She's been down for 7 months after the old motor (far right) lost oil pressure. I'm ready to hear her again! uploadfromtaptalk1434795824931.jpguploadfromtaptalk1434795902027.jpg

Now you know why the FASS and Airdogs can be loud and cavitate, as a rule the supply to a pump is larger than the output, this is what the stock CP3 and lift pumps are suckin' through, just a touch over 5/16....

So in theory a truck with a sump will have quieter fass?

Boy I tell ya my fass is really quite. Even being mounted to my bed acting like a tin can you can barley hear it. Granted its brand new, not sure if they get louder with age, but I used it to pump all the 7 month old fuel outta the tank and it was quite.

From what I have read yes, then bought a scrap sending unit to verify the pickup hose size and looked on a number of hydraulic/irrigation sites. The motor should run cooler, last longer and quieter due to less stress on the pump. I also looked into and called Fuelab and asked them, it is mandatory to use a pickup/drawstraw or sump with their pumps...

After about a year of running a jacked up factory fuel pickup that wouldn't let me get below 1/4 tank, I put a sump in. My pump is now a lot quieter

Picked up the new race truck yesterday. Couldn't be happier to get it up and running again. This was Newly's old truck. Blew up the motor back in early 2012, been sitting since

Worked on mine some more today. Really close to starting it up. Wife won't let me go finish it :(

Finished wiring up my fass and cleaning those wires up, mounted my ecm with my custom factory bracket , ran my dsp5 wires and ran the wires into the cab from lbz harness.

Swap them master pro out for a different brand. Master pro is an "improved," aka thicker design and will only fit half way in the sleeve. I used Auto zone brand with some anti-seize. Rough country sleeves are for lifted trucks BTW.
