Tony, maybe you should have talked to one of the tuners I have used.... McRat, Chris (I have no beans Beanes), Mike, Simon, Trent, Rob. I have been well over the 650hp mark for 2.5 years? very close to the 700hp mark over 1 year and my rods haven't exited nor shown any signs of being shortened. You def. have that anal retentive fear of MY MOTOR MY MOTOR MY MOTOR. I'm sure my truck would last at 750hp as long as you reserve the WOT for the track. You are a pansy and we all know it, you are nothing short of being a terrified little guy :roflmao:

Hahaha....yeah I am...when I don't have the money to replace the motor if it shits the bed that tends to be a concern of mine. Not to mention...how many miles does your truck have? I put about 15-20k a year on mine so the actual street mileage adds up quick and is a lot of stress plus it's my only way to and from work so if it dies so does my work haha...plus I don't think a bank would give me much in the way of interest on a 10-15k personal loan hahaha

No it's not under factory warranty and I have all the service records...the old man that owned it hauled trailers and had all the service done at the dealer I bought it at. Plus it's not a spring chicken...it's an early 08 with 103k on it so I'm sure if it had an issue it would have popped up by now. Besides I'm almost done saving to get it all deleted and tuned

Probably back to Soldotna (where I grew up) Maybe to ANC for a bit so the Mrs. can get her teaching credential....planning on working on a scaffold crew with my buddy up on the slope...CH2M Hill I believe...good money and probably pick up some hauling jobs when I'm back from the hitches...and if all else fails go AST as I have lots of very high up connections in that agency...not set in stone but definitely will be back up that way in about 2 years.

Yeah...the winters in the interior suck. I lived in Tok for a while...pretty much lived in most parts of that state...Wrangell, Ketchikan, Anchorage, Fairbanks, Soldotna and Tok...that of course was throughout my life. I spent the majority of my life on the Peninsula and can't wait to get back up that way. Biggest thing is securing a job which seems okay at the moment but I still have 2 years till it's solid.

James...your a turd lol...plenty of high mileage Fords out there. If it blows up you can all tell me i told you so haha..

Lived in Soldotna for a number of years and have a lot of friends there. Worked for Fish and Game as a fish biologist. Spent most every July in Soldotna for the commercial salmon season from 1976 till I retired in 1994. Loved it there. Can't hardly recognize it now, looks like California in some respects.

Yeah charlies was a dive, but being we all just left a bachelor party in vegas to go salmon fishing for a week in Alaska we made the best of it, lol We all had a blast and said we had more fun fishing and partying in AK then we did in vegas.. Can't wait to go back on another GUY's fishing trip :woott:
