After the train wreck I had in the valvetrain I decided that something other than the stock rocker shaft hold down bolts was needed. I should have listened to Super Diesel. Anyway I got in touch with Greg Hogue (Comp461 on CompD and DP) http://motorsportssupply.com/ . He got in touch with ARP and he now has Rocker Shaft Stud Kits sitting on the shelf! I have the first set!:D

An installed pic. They fit awesome! They are longer then the stock bolt but that extra lenght is used up in the head. They screw further into the head then the stock bolts but still are long enough to stick up about one thread out of the nut.

If you dont mind what do they run, also I thought I saw someone was making a Jesel setup for these motors ?

You would have to ask Greg to get the price. IIRC it was around $120.

Jesel makes a replacement rocker AFAIK. The have a higher ratio. They are designed to get more lift out of the Stock cam. I heard that Powermax also has rockers but I have not personaly asked him.

Curtis Halverson helped with the Harland Sharp rockers, no?

Could be. He said something about rocker with a higher ratio. I all ready new about the one Jesel was working on so I figured it was him behind it. I did not ask. He could very well be working with Harland Sharp.

Very Nice!

The nuts and washers are standard stuff. The studs however are not. There are no 10mm studs in there catalog. There are 10mm x 1.5 bolts that ARP lists but no one I could had them in stock. I prefered studs anyway. The way I understand it Greg had a run of studs done for this project. He had to make a minimum order to get the studs done. So he ordered up enough washers and studs so he would have ready made kits. If your in a bind a Grade 8.8 Metric bolts is far better than the stock ones. The studs are overkill but I was not feeling like pushing my luck after what happened.

Anyone have any pics or info on D-max roller rockers?
No. Powermax, Curtis, or Greg might.;)

John, No other changes to the rocker bridges on yours?

Good to see your putting it back together

Those are are Curtis billet rocker bridges in the picture. very nice. Suprisingly light when compared to the stockers.

John
picked up some metric 10.9 bolts next step up from the 8.8s
Sadly I had to draw the line on the rocker bridges:( Perhaps next year

Jesel desided not to make rockers for us, they said it would take up too much time and that the market would not be there, so they assumed. I got the call earlier this week, time for plan B.......
