Still got fingers crossed, but test and tuning still underway. LOL

Truck sounds right now though. Last week was a nail bitter... Couldn't tell if which one of us was more nervous. Him driving or me standing there shatting my pants excited...:D

Wow looks awesome, can't wait to see/hear the videos of it going down the track

Is there an advantage to a side mount other then just being easier to work on??

Not to speak for Rob, but it frees up the valley for better flowing intake manifold(s), as well as being alot easier to work on and swap turbos

I am by no means a source of "perfection" but my setup is working just fine. The only issue I have so far is an electrical one which is completely unrelated. Not only is my setup working just fine but it is doing so on a completely stock motor with stock fueling. I am sure Rob's setup will prevail just as good. :thumb: Just my opinion.
That's good to know! Like I said, I would like to go this way but haven't seen one work good yet. Its nice to know they are working though. I stand corrected:D

I see... thanks.
Is there any disatvantage of a side mount. I would think it would spool slower wouldn't it?? I know strictly pullers could care less about how fast it spooled, but is it slower? where does the up pipe from the driver side manifold route to, just behind the motor? Wish I could see one in person

Basically putting a single in the same spot the low pressure turbo on a twin setup would go in?????

Anyone. Never seen a side mount turbo before, just wondering where it went. Maybe someone has pics??

Spool up probably will be slower, we wrapped the shit out of my up pipes to store heat, but were spooling a good sized charger, and it seems to be lighting great on the street, we will see about hooked to the sled tommorow night. The turbine wheel we are running is pretty good sized, a lot of people told me i wouldnt be able to light it with an auto with short up pipes in the valley, but were doing it with a remote mount. Both headers are flipped around backwards and the drivers side routes in front of the motor.

Eric we need to learn to walk before we run:)

I would like to see twins with no valley turbo:D

cleaning up the enginevally has SO many Benifits! I can swap regulators on the valley cp3 without removing anything, a full cp3 swap in just over 4 hrs
and that's just from wire harness and fuel line mods:)

I luv what rob did and have always planned to make a custom
intake IMO ours sucks! Especially in the corner by the turbo

Eric thiscomment is notdirected at you I'm just talking out loud
